The Owner’s Bio – Mike Smith
OnSite HOA Services was established as a result of 7 years as a Director on my own HOA Board. The last 4 years I served as President. I then stepped down from the board to better serve my community as Facilities Maintenance Manager. This position gave me greater insight to our property, the condition of our 13 buildings and the needs of the 133 homeowners as well. Having worked with some very good property managers and having established well rounded working relationships with contractors over those last 4 years, I was asked if I would become the “on-site association manager” as our board moved to become semi-self managed. I accepted the offer and I named my new company OnSite HOA Services because that is how I manage and serve…I am “On Site” to know the pulse of the property, to oversee projects, and to get to know, and help share with, the HOA members and it’s Board of Directors what it takes to be a healthy and thriving community.
